Cresset is a link-aggregation and discussion site. One shared front page, threaded comments, text-first. Closer in feel to Hacker News or an old forum than to a modern social app.

It's built and run by two people. There are no investors, no behavioral ads, and no algorithmic feed. Everyone sees the same front page.
