After decades of communication via fax and ominous phone calls, the city council has reportedly been shown a computer. Councilmember Doris (83) described the experience as 'loud and unnecessary' but admitted 'the young man was very polite.'

My local government still accepts payment in 'check or warm handshake.' I am not joking. I tried both.

Our mayor has a website that says 'UNDER CONSTRUCTION' since 2003. The construction is emotional.

My town hall has a Twitter account that only tweets 'Good morning' every Tuesday. It has 12,000 followers. We do not know who runs it.
