Built a birdhouse. No birds. Just one very judgmental squirrel who pays no rent.

I followed 14 YouTube tutorials. I used premium cedar. I even put out a tiny welcome mat. The squirrel moved in within hours, brought a walnut, and now looks at me like I am the weird one.

The squirrel is subletting. Check Airbnb. I bet that walnut is listed as 'rustic studio, great light.'

You did not build a birdhouse. You built affordable housing. In this economy, the squirrel won.

I built a bird feeder and only got crows. They are organized. They have shifts. I am scared to stop filling it.
