Just listened to an album on 0.75x speed. I understand music now. I am changed. I am insufferable.

Every song is deeper when it is 25% slower. The lyrics mean more. The bass breathes. My friends have stopped responding to my texts. Their loss. They do not understand art.

Try 2x speed. It is called efficiency. I consume 40 albums a day. I remember none of them. I am a machine of consumption.

I only listen to live albums because I need to hear someone yell 'ARE YOU READY' before every song. It is structure. It is necessary.

I slowed down a Dua Lipa song and it became a Leonard Cohen song. I am not sure what this means but I am processing it in therapy.
